Student Acceptance
Internship offers must be accepted by community college students by April 11, 2025.
Internship Placement and Notification
Notification of internship project placement with be sent VIA email between March 26 - April 4, 2025.
During this phase, you may be interviewed by a faculty member or program manager.
Internship Project Selection
Once Summer 2025 projects are released, date TBD (generally late February or early March), you will be asked to rank your project preferences. You will also submit your cover letter, resume, and updated unofficial transcript at this time. An email will be sent to you once projects are available.

Application Document Preparation
If you have moved on to Phase 4 of the application process, please prepare your resume and cover letter.
If you need support, please reach out to your Student Support Specialist (currently only for CCA and CCD students) or a STEM advisor at your college.
Internship Status Notification
If you have moved on from Phase 2 of the application process, you will be notified by January 17, 2025.
Note: your resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcript will need to be submitted during Phase 5.
Self-Recorded Video Interview
After you have completed the Internship Eligibility Form (and found to be eligible), you will receive an email with 5 interview questions. Please video record yourself answering the questions in a quiet, well-lit room. You may use your personal cellphone or Zoom to record yourself.

Internship Eligibility Form Open
This form will be used to determine if you are eligible for an Engineering Momentum internship. You will need to submit an unofficial transcript.
